  • Apply Adigo Swoop Sunscreen generously and evenly to all exposed skin areas 15 minutes before sun exposure
  • Rub sunscreen gently until it is fully absorbed into the skin
  • Reapply every 4 hours or more frequently if swimming, sweating, or towel drying
