Shipping Policy

In Delhi NCR, all orders above ₹300 will have free shipping otherwise a charge of ₹60 will apply.

Outside of Delhi NCR, all orders above ₹700 will have free shipping otherwise a charge of ₹90 will apply. Allow at least 7-10 days for delivery to all parts of North-East India and Jammu and Kashmir.

For COD orders, shipping charges may vary based on the delivery address and order value. 

All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Mayapuri Delhi by our quickest delivery partners. Please allow 3-4 days in Delhi NCR and 5-7 days for orders from outside Delhi NCR from receipt of your order for the products to be delivered.

You will receive a WhatsApp link to Track Your Order so that you can know the status at each step.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 7 days of delivery.
